Ashley has never veered far from sports and fitness in general. Growing up playing every single sport known to man, she went onto college to play field hockey. Her team made a few National Championship appearances. Needless to say this girl knows a lot about hard work, staying fit and being surrounded by likeminded people. After retiring from athletics, Ashley found her happy place at studios around the city. You will most likely find her on the treadmill at Barry’s or spinning the wheel at SoulCycle in the front row. She loves to work hard and and sweat in the process. Those pipes don’t come easy! When she isn’t sweating, Ashley works at a cosmetic company in the city.
