BACK BAY 1

Start your morning off with a CoreFusion class at Exhale Back Bay with Denise Crowe. Then hop on a bike at Cyc Fitness and move those legs with Sarah Gaines. End the afternoon with a flow taught by Kaitlyn McGuire at YogaWorks Back Bay.

EXHALE >> CYC FITNESS >> YOGAWORKS

BACK BAY 2

No rest for the weary on the Back Bay 2 neighborhood crawl. Kick if off with spitball Cassie Brown at BSC Lab (formerly BFX Studio) with her Synergy class. Go from HIIT to small pulsing at FlyBarre lead by Kaylee Sorel. And if you haven’t had enough cap it off with Tabata BURN with Jonathan Cruz at Burn Fitness Back Bay.

BSC LAB >> FLYBARRE >> BURN FITNESS

DOWNTOWN

Don’t all jump at once. We know this is going to be a crowd favorite and how could it not be with a line up like this. It all opens with a B|X high intensity interval training class at Brick Boston.  While you’re gasping for air and chugging water, make your way down Federal Street to B/SPOKE Studios to ride with Ms. Cool Kara Lennon. And if that wasn’t enough, it all ends with Alexandra Kelleher putting you through the ringer at EverybodyFights FIDI.

BRICK BOSTON >> B/SPOKE STUDIOS >> EVERYBODYFIGHTS

NORTH END

A little bit of everything in the North End. Start at the neighborhood garage style spin studio Ride North End with owner Melina DiPaola. Bring on the zen when you enter the doors at Exhale Battery Wharf. We suggest using the locker rooms after your CoreFusion class with Chrissy Snyder. Get your butts over to Title Boxing Club North Station and get ready to hit the heavy bag with Rod Shivers.

RIDE NORTH END >> EXHALE >> TITLE BOXING CLUB

SOUTH END / SEAPORT

Everything about this neighborhood crawl is on FIRE. With this all star line up we’d suggest getting your tickets early. It all starts with Laura Mucci at EverybodyFights Seaport (Note: Due to the large class size this will be a 45 minute class). Catch your breath and make your way to the Ink Block. You’ll hit a Sculpt class with Majesta Throndike at CorePower Yoga. And bring it on home with one of the most bad ass in town Britt Vitello at Turnstyle Cycle. If you’re standing by the end, drinks are on us ;).

EVERYBODYFIGHTS >> COREPOWER YOGA >> TURNSTYLE CYCLE
